1. The Union Cabinet approved the submission of India’s second Biennial Update Report (BUR) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).
केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडळाने युनायटेड नेशन्स फ्रेमवर्क कन्व्हेन्शन ऑन क्लायमेट चेंज (UNFCCC) मध्ये भारताचा दुसरा द्विवार्षिक अद्यतन अहवाल (BUR) सादर करण्यास मान्यता दिली आहे.

2. The Union Cabinet approved the draft National Commission for Homoeopathy Bill, 2018. The Bill seeks to replace the existing regulator Central Council of Homoeopathy with a new body to ensure transparency and accountability
केंद्रीय कॅबिनेटने होम्योपॅथी विधेयक, 2018 च्या राष्ट्रीय मसुद्याचा मसुदा मंजूर केला आहे. हे विधेयक पारदर्शकता आणि उत्तरदायित्व सुनिश्चित करण्यासाठी विद्यमान नियामक केंद्रीय गृहसचिव होमिओपॅथीला नवीन शरीरासह बदलण्याचा प्रयत्न करीत आहे.

3. The 26th International Camel Festival will be held in Bikaner, Rajasthan on January 12 and 13, 2019.
12 आणि 13 जानेवारी 2019 रोजी राजस्थानच्या बीकानेर येथे 26वा आंतरराष्ट्रीय कॅमल महोत्सव आयोजित केला जाईल.

4. ISRO chairman K.Sivan was presented the National Systems Gold Medal by the Systems Society of India (SSI) during the 42nd National Systems Conference held in Thiruvananthapuram.
इसरो चे अध्यक्ष के. सिवान यांना तिरुवनंतपुरम येथे आयोजित 42 व्या राष्ट्रीय सिस्टीम कॉन्फरन्सच्या वेळी सिस्टम्स सोसायटी ऑफ इंडिया (एसएसआय) ने नॅशनल सिस्टम्स गोल्ड मेडल प्रदान केले.

5. Nepal imposed a monthly limit on the amount of Indian currency its citizen can spend in India. A spokesperson of the Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) stated that a Nepali citizen would be unable to spend more than INR 1 lakh per month while paying for goods and services in India. The decision was taken to address the country’s current account deficit.
नेपाळने भारतातील नागरिक खर्च करू शकणार्या भारतीय चलनावरील मासिक मर्यादा लागू केली. नेपाळ रास्त बँक (एनआरबी) च्या प्रवक्त्याने सांगितले की, भारतातील वस्तू व सेवा देताना नेपाळी नागरिक प्रति महिना 1 लाख रुपयांपेक्षा जास्त खर्च करू शकणार नाहीत. देशाच्या चालू खाते तूट संबोधित करण्यासाठी निर्णय घेतला गेला.
