1. Bengaluru city has the highest number of electric car owners in India, with over 6,000 electric vehicles. Now, the government is planning to install 11 public charging points for e-vehicles.
भारतात बेंगळुरू शहरामध्ये इलेक्ट्रिक कार मालकांची संख्या सर्वाधिक आहे, 6,000 पेक्षा जास्त विद्युत वाहने आहेत. आता, ई-गाड्यांसाठी 11 सार्वजनिक चार्जिंग पॉइंट्स बसवण्याची सरकारची योजना आहे.

2. The Indian contingent won a silver medal and two bronze medals at the Asian Para-Cycling Championships held in Naypyidaw, Myanmar.
म्यानमारमधील नय्यपीडॉ येथे आयोजित आशियाई पॅरा-सायक्लिंग चॅम्पियनशिपमध्ये भारतीय संघाने रौप्य पदक व दोन कांस्यपदके पटकावली.

4. An eight-year-old Indian-origin schoolgirl, Sohini Roy Chowdhury has entered the UK’s ‘Mathletics Hall of Fame’. It is an online mathematics-based competitive tool aimed at primary school students.
आठ वर्षांच्या भारतीय वंशाच्या शाळेत असलेल्या सोहनी रॉय चौधरी यांनी ब्रिटनच्या मॅथलेक्टिक्स हॉल ऑफ फेममध्ये प्रवेश मिळवला आहे.

5. Railways have initiated disciplinary action under the rules to terminate services against more than 13,000 employees who are on unauthorised absence for a long time.
रेल्वेने 13,000 हून अधिक कर्मचा-यांविरोधात सेवा बंद करण्यासाठी नियमांतर्गत शिस्तभंगाची कारवाई केली आहे जे बर्याच काळापासून अनधिकृत अनुपस्थितीत आहेत.

6. Forbes has released its first ever list of richest people in cryptocurrency, which is topped by Ripple co-founder Chris Larsen, with an estimated crypto net worth of USD 7.5-8 billion.
फोर्ब्सने क्रिप्टो करेंसीमधील सर्वात श्रीमंत लोकांची पहिली यादी जाहीर केली आहे.  या यादीत रिपलचे सहसंस्थापक क्रिस लार्सन यांनी 7.5-8 अब्ज डॉलर्सच्या क्रिप्टो नेटवर्थची कमाई सह प्रथम स्थानांवर आहेत.

7. Emirates Group signed a MoU with the Andhra Pradesh Government to establish a framework for collaboration in the aviation sector.
अमीरात ग्रुपने आंध्र प्रदेश सरकारसह विमान वाहतूक क्षेत्रातील सहकार्यासाठी एक आराखडा तयार करण्यासाठी सामंजस्य करार केला.

8.  Haryana became the team champion of the first Khelo India School Games. Haryana won 38 gold, 26 silver and 38 bronze medals.
हरियाणा पहिला खेलो इंडिया स्कूल गेम्सचा संघ विजेता ठरला.  हरियाणाने 38 सुवर्ण, 26 रौप्य आणि 38 कांस्य पदके जिंकली.

9. State Bank of India (SBI), the country’s largest bank, posted a quarterly loss for the first time in nearly 19 years – of Rs 24.16 billion in the December quarter of 2017-18 – owing to a sizeable increase in provisioning for bad loans.
देशातील सर्वात मोठी बँक स्टेट बँक ऑफ इंडिया (एसबीआय),च्या गेल्या 19 वर्षांत प्रथमच  डिसेंबर 2017-18 तिमाहीत  24.16 अब्ज रुपयांच्या नुकसानाची भर पडली कारण खराब कर्जासाठी तरतुदींमध्ये मोठ्या प्रमाणात वाढ झाली आहे.

10. Over 200 scientists from 25 nations are conducting simulation tests in the vast sandy terrain of Dhofar Desert in southern Oman for a manned mission to Mars.
