1.The Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority of India (PFRDA) announced that Atal Pension Yojana (APY) run by it has reached a subscriber base of 80 lakh and is growing at good pace.
पेन्शन फंड रेग्युलेटरी अँड डेव्हलपमेंट ऑथॉरिटी ऑफ इंडिया (पीएफआरडीए) ने घोषणा केली की, अटल पेंशन योजना (एपीएव्ही) 80 लाख ग्राहकांच्या ग्राहक पातळीवर पोहोचली आहे आणि ती चांगली वेगाने वाढत आहे.

2. According to Reserve Bank of India (RBI), India’s foreign exchange (Forex) reserves have scaled to a fresh record high of $409.366 billion as on December.

1.  The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) is all set to issue new Rs 10 currency notes under the existing Mahatma Gandhi bank note series. The new note will bear the signature of the governor of the RBI, Dr Urjit Patel, and will feature a motif of the Konark Sun Temple, on the reverse side.

2. West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee unveiled the official emblem of the state government, which was recently approved by the center.

1. Reliance Industries has commissioned the world’s largest ‘refinery off-gas cracker’ (ROGC) complex at Jamnagar which will use refinery process residue to produce feedstock used to make petrochemicals.
रिलायन्स इंडस्ट्रीजने जामनगर येथे जगातील सर्वात मोठ्या रिफायनरी ऑफ गॅस क्रॅकर (आरओजीसी) कॉम्प्लेक्सची स्थापना केली आहे, जे पेट्रोकेमिकल्स बनविण्यासाठी वापरली जाणारी फीडस्टॉक उत्पादनासाठी रिफायनरी प्रक्रियेच्या अवशेषांचा वापर करेल.

1. According to financial services company HSBC, India’s GDP growth rate is expected to accelerate to 7.0 per cent in 2018-19 and 7.6 in 2019-20 from 6.5 per cent in this fiscal.
वित्तीय सेवा कंपनी HSBCच्या मते, भारताची GDP वाढीचा दर 2018-19 मध्ये 7.0 टक्के आणि 2019-20 मध्ये 7.6 टक्क्यांपर्यंत वाढण्याचा अंदाज आहे. या आर्थिक वर्षात 6.5 टक्के दर राहील.
