1. King Abdullah II of Jordan has appointed Jafar Hassan as the new Prime Minister in the wake of Bisher Al-Khasawneh and his Cabinet’s resignation following the recent parliamentary elections.

3. India will once again make history in space in 2025 when Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla is the pilot of the Axiom-4 (Ax-4) mission. 1. The Supreme Court (SC) just established fresh criteria for preventative detention in the Jaseela Shaji v. the Union of India case till 2024.
The decision followed a preventative detention order approved by the Kerala high court under the Conservation of Foreign Exchange and Prevention of Smuggling Activities (COFEPOSA) Act, 1974.सुप्रीम कोर्टाने (SC) नुकतेच जसीला शाजी वि. द युनियन ऑफ इंडिया प्रकरणात 2024 पर्यंत प्रतिबंधात्मक अटकेसाठी नवीन निकष स्थापित केले आहेत.

1. The Indian government has awarded a contract to Gensol Engineering, in collaboration with Matrix Gas & Renewables, to develop the nation’s first bio-hydrogen initiative. The initiative is estimated to be worth Rs 164 crore and is designed to comply with the National Green Hydrogen Mission. It is expected to process 25 tonnes of bio-waste daily, resulting in the production of 1 tonne of green hydrogen over the course of 18 months, using advanced gasification technology.
