1. India’s largest IT services company, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), has partnered with the Department of Posts in a bid to transform it into a multi-service digital hub, modernise the delivery of mail and packages, enhance customer experience, and launch innovative services that will drive new revenues.
भारतातील सर्वात मोठी आयटी सेवा कंपनी टाटा कन्सल्टन्सी सर्व्हिसेस (टीसीएस) डाक विभागासह  एक बहु-सेवा डिजिटल हब मध्ये बदलण्यासाठी, मेल आणि पॅकेज वितरणाचे आधुनिकीकरण करण्यासाठी, ग्राहक अनुभवाची वाढ करण्यासाठी आणि नाविन्यपूर्ण सेवा प्रक्षेपित करण्यासाठी भागीदारी केली आहे.

2. SBI General Insurance has launched a product to protect businesses from financial and reputational losses due to cyber attacks.
एसबीआय जनरल इंश्योरेंसने सायबर हल्ल्यांमुळे आर्थिक आणि सन्माननीय नुकसानीपासून व्यवसायांना संरक्षित करण्यासाठी एक उत्पादन सुरू केले आहे.

3. The Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU) has released the 2019 Index of Cancer Preparedness (ICP) in which India’s overall rank is 19th out of 28 countries, with a score of 64.9.
इकॉनॉमिस्ट इंटेलिजेंस युनिट (ईआययू) ने कर्करोगाच्या सज्जता (आयसीपी) 2019 निर्देशांक जाहीर केला आहे, एकूण 64.9 गुणांसह भारत 28 देशांपैकी 19व्या  क्रमांकावर आहे.

4. Syndicate Bank and BEML Limited, a ‘Miniratna’ Public Sector Undertaking, have signed an MOU for financing Earth Moving and Construction Equipment manufactured by BEML.
सिंडिकेट बँक आणि बीईएमएल लिमिटेड, ‘मिनेरत्न’ पब्लिक सेक्टर अंडरटेकिंगने बीईएमएल द्वारा निर्मित अर्थ मूव्हिंग आणि कंस्ट्रक्शन इक्विपमेंटसाठी वित्तपुरवठा करण्यासाठी सामंजस्य करार केला आहे.

5. Ayush Ministry has signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), New Delhi for cooperation in the field of research and education of traditional system of medicines and its integration with modern science.
आयुष मंत्रालयाने पारंपारिक यंत्रणेच्या संशोधन आणि शिक्षणाच्या क्षेत्रातील सहकार्यासाठी आणि आधुनिक विज्ञानाने एकत्रीकरणासाठी सायन्स ऑफ सायंटिफिक अँड इंडस्ट्रियल रिसर्च (सीएसआयआर), नवी दिल्ली यांच्यासह सामंजस्य करारावर स्वाक्षरी केली आहे.

6. Former Chief Election Commissioner of India (ECI), and ex-civil aviation secretary, Nasim Zaidi has resigned from the post of non-executive and non-independent director of Jet Airways with effect from 21st April 2019, due to personal reasons.
भारताचे माजी मुख्य निवडणूक आयुक्त (ईसीआय) आणि भूतपूर्व नागरी उड्डयन सचिव नसीम जैदी यांनी वैयक्तिक कारणांमुळे 21 एप्रिल 2019 पासून जेट एअरवेजच्या गैर-कार्यकारी आणि गैर-स्वतंत्र संचालक पदावर पदावरून राजीनामा दिला आहे.

7. The UAE Space Agency and Mohammed bin Rashid Space Centre (MBRSC) have announced that 85% of the Hope Probe project has been completed. Hope Probe is an ambitious dream project of UAE to send a mission to Mars.
यूएई स्पेस एजन्सी आणि मोहम्मद बिन रशीद स्पेस सेंटर (एमबीआरएससी) ने घोषित केले आहे की होप प्रोब प्रकल्पाचे 85% काम पूर्ण झाले आहे. मंगळ मिशन करण्यासाठी ‘होप प्रोब ‘संयुक्त अरब अमीरातचा महत्वाकांक्षी स्वप्न प्रकल्प आहे.

9. Lucknow Doordarshan Kendra Director Ms.Kismat Sagar has passed away at the age of 47 during her treatment in a hospital in Mumbai.
लखनऊ दूरदर्शन केंद्र संचालक किस्मत सागर यांचे मुंबईतील एका हॉस्पिटलमध्ये उपचार सुरू असताना 47व्या वर्षी निधन झाले.

10. Renowned Journalist-writer Subbiah Muthiah passed away at the age of 89 in Chennai due to age-related illnesses.
प्रख्यात पत्रकार-लेखक सुब्बिया मुथिया मुथिया यांचे वयोमर्यादाशी संबंधित आजारांमुळे चेन्नईत 89 व्या वर्षी निधन झाले.
