| 1. Recent improvements in artificial intelligence (AI) have found geological features under Italy’s Campi Flegrei volcano that were not recognized before. Campi Flegrei has been acting up since 2005, and in 2025 alone, it had five earthquakes of a magnitude of 4 or above. Scientists found tens of thousands of minor quakes that traditional approaches missed by using AI. | 2. In October 2025, the government of Uttar Pradesh started the Gomti Rejuvenation Mission.
